Our Story
Wilmington Health Center was founded by Dr. David M. Nelson in 1991. A local to Savannah, Georgia, he saw a need for a medical facility that cared for their patients and truly wanted the patients to have a healthier life. Wilmington Health Center specializes in weight loss and addiction recovery.
